Do I need finished artwork?
No. You can start with an idea, photo, logo, text, color direction, or pattern. If you are unsure whether it can work, contact us first and we can confirm feasibility and general direction. Digital proofs are created after checkout.
What can I customize?
The standard Custom Artwork option can personalize the tile backs, square mat, and soft bag in one coordinated direction.
Can you make other Mahjong styles?
Yes. We can discuss Riichi/Japanese-style sets, tile faces, tile backs, mat, bag, joker/flower changes, and other Mahjong details. Pricing may change depending on the request. If you need anything beyond the standard Custom American Mahjong Set, email us first and we will confirm the setup before you order.
Can I choose another tile size?
Our default tile size is 30 x 22 x 17 mm / 1.18 x 0.87 x 0.67 in. Other sizes may be possible; share the size request during the design discussion and we will confirm the setup before production.
Can I use copyrighted artwork?
Only submit artwork you own or have written permission to use. We cannot print copyrighted or trademarked artwork without rights confirmation.
How long does custom take?
A digital proof is usually provided in about 3 days. Production starts after design approval, and shipping usually takes 7-14 days after dispatch. This is not a guaranteed delivery promise.
When is custom nonrefundable?
Custom sets cannot be refunded after design approval and printing begins, unless there is a product quality issue.
